I bought a rear frame assembly for the gas powered skateboard from there website. I received a call tue 4 days after I’ve ordered it. this was after received an email that it was shipped.
I was informed that they were out of stock of this part. but as I type this 5 days later after I ordered they still have an option buy it from there website.
I asked if I could get one when they ordered somemore.. Apparently there out of stock permanently.
I asked if there would be any other place to get this part.
I was told to try amazon or ebay..
So I’ve been waiting for my $75.00 back and its been 24 hrs. I called them back to ask them about it and was informed that it should be pending in my account.. Its wasn’t. at that point I was informed that it could take up to 2 days to get back my money..
